Sail Away is now being offered for sale inasmuch as two back surgeries are limiting my mobility to handle her safely. Her listing price (unbrokered) is $29,500.
She is now completing a substantial overhaul including a complete topside painting, a new bottom coat of paint, and new rigging tuning, new VHF antenna wiring, and new spreader boots. A fiberglass inspection of the boat revealed no (0) blisters. A small (2×2) fiberglass repair to the deck has just been completed.
Being completed now is the removal and installation of a new head and installation of new cabin reading lights, and a new water pump.
Included is Heating/AC, Sea Frost cold plate, gimbaling propane stove used twice.
The boat has a Universal 24 trouble free diesel with 890 total hours since new.
She is located in New Bern NC and will be available for viewing on/after July 17th.
