She has been hauled out and covered each winter and the outboard winterized and stored indoors.
The bottom antifouling paint is in good condition. In good working order are: Navigation and cockpit lights, electronics, radio, fresh water tank, sink, and marine head. Sails are older but in usable condition.
The full set of Interior cushions are older but in good condition. The very nice set of custom made Sunbrella cockpit cushions are very good condition (new in 2011). Most of the teak has been varnished and is in good condition.
Caroline has been well cared for and upgraded. She will be winterized, covered, and stored for the Winter in Norwalk, Connecticut. She is in the water until early November in Southport, Connecticut or you can see her in dry-dock in Norwalk, Connecticut during the Winter. She will be uncovered, cleaned, and prepared for launch in the Spring and can be put in the water at your convenience from April to June 15, 2019. Or she could be transported over land.
