In the water in Hull, Mass. after about May 15th, stored in Quincy, Mass. off-season.

I think I’m the third owner and the only one to sail it much. It’s in very original condition with all its gelcoat and non-skid intact, though with filling here and there. The interior is original and in great shape. The previous owner rebeded all the teak, and I’ve rebeded everything else. I had the bottom soda-blasted when I bought it Fall, 2011, and have used ablative paint since. This is not a project boat ( unless you like projects; in that case there are enough stress cracks in the usual places to occupy you for awhile.) I’ve sailed it 2-3 times weekly in season for the five years I’ve had it. Everything needed to sail the boat, anchor, etc., ladder, comes with it, including the mooring if the boat stays in Hull.

Boat has a one year old Quantum mainsail, 2 full battens, 2 partial, one reef point, loose foot. Doyle 100% jib is four years old. The serviceable but soft original sails come with it. There is a lightly used but old 165% quality Hood genoa included. There is a third main that looks new and unused but a bit projecty, included; it could be recut into something else.

There is a Harken roller-furler, a Ritchie compass, and a factory installed traveler (too well done for a backyard carpenter). I’ve installed all new lines except the main halyard. The standing rigging is as I found it and fine. I’ve been mostly single-handing it so it has a few touches to make that easier. There are no electrics.

The outboard is a 2011 Tohatsu 3.5hp longshaft with less than 50 hours. It stores on the port aft bunk on a cradle I made for it.

The boat has been stored in a yard that also hauls, so I can help facilitate hauling arrangements if it is going somewhere.

I prefer a sale before the boat is launched in mid-May. After that I will have paid my yacht club dues, mooring fees, etc, and will want to get some use of it for may money, so it would not be available again until mid-August
