Bob Catani, sailing his beloved Bramasole, was unbeatable in the 2020 Sea Sprite Regatta held at Bristol YC on July 25th of this year. The day was gorgeous, the wind brisk, and the camaraderie very special.

Racing was close. In the first race, Vexatious gave Bramasole a run for her money. And Mark Rotsky in Apsaras tangled with Bramasole in the second race, to no avail. Ah, well, there is always next year.

John Holscher has been doing rehab work on his SS23 for a couple of years. He has compiled a set of pictures and general directions for construction of a sliding hatch cover that now are on the website under “Technical”. He has done some fine woodworking.

Yes, it is Spring. And you know what that means…dues!

The Sea Sprite Association is in excellent financial condition. Please take a look at the post on the home page just below this one reporting on the financial State Of The Ship.

We are in good financial shape because of the support we all have from loyal sea sprite owners across the country. We are meeting our expenses every year. Dues have remained the same since 2012 at $25. They remain at $25 for 2020.
