Our annual gathering for good cheer, refreshing our friendships, toasting the coming sailing season, and a brief (I promise) business meeting will be held this year on Friday, April 12th, from 6 pm to around 8:30 pm. It will be held at the Herreshoff Marine Museum at 1 Burnside St in Bristol, RI. Owners, skippers, family, friends…in fact, anyone who loves these boats…are all invited to attend.

It will be a terrific venue. HMM has given us the time and the space. Pretty neat! I loved the evenings we had at Bristol YC, but unfortunately they experienced a fire last year, and their Friday night dinners have gotten off to a late start this year. Wandering about the Hall Of Boats will be pretty awesome, and dinner inside with the wall of America’s Cup skippers peering at us might be inspiring.

Leo’s Italian Restaurante( Leo’s website) will cater our event serving chicken picatta, eggplant parmesan, sausage and peppers, pasta with a red sauce, grilled mixed vegetables, and a caesar salad, all served buffet style. We will have beer and wine and water for drinks. Cost per person will be $27, drinks included.
